This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and SoundScenes for the products described below, online marketplaces, and in the product catalog. By purchasing or otherwise using the product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Kitely, OpenSim, and Second Life
General Permissions and Acceptable Use
Transfer Only – Single product or discounted bulk packages for individual use.
Copy – Soundscaper edition for sim builders.
Copy and Transfer – Builder edition for merchants to add AtmoSphere sound scripts to their own marketable creations.
- SoundScenes scripts are not to be re-sold, given away by themselves, or distributed as part of a collection.
- Once the script is added to your product, you must update the script permissions to either “Copy” or “Transfer” for the next owner.
Export – Products listed on the Kitely Marketplace as Export editions are deliverable to Hypergrid residents that are bound to the Copy and Copy/Transfer acceptable use detailed above.
